In keeping with the now completely unoriginal idea of blogging about a daily activity, I am creating this blog to marry two of my obsessions:
1) Writing
2) the NPR radio show "This American Life"
My goal is to listen, in order, to each of the 409 episodes of the radio program "This American Life" (produced by Chicago Public Radio and distributed by Public Radio International). I will blog about my reactions to each episode (almost all of which I have heard before), and I imagine that parts of My American Life will seep into the discussion.
Blogging in earnest will begin next week. Stay tuned!
